With over three decades of experience as a Licensed Professional Counselor and life coach, I have dedicated my career to empowering individuals and leaders to communicate effectively and live purposefully. Since 1993, I have specialized in teaching interpersonal communication, active listening, and life coaching skills, tailored specifically for Christian leaders seeking to make a profound impact.

My journey began with a deep passion for understanding human behavior and fostering meaningful relationships. When I was in high school, I attended a Youth for Christ Campus Life club every week. One day, a girl who had never attended before shared in a small group that "Just once I wish that when someone offered me drugs, I could say no." Her words broke my heart, and even all these years later, I tear up when I think of her. That moment of feeling helpless ignited a lifelong commitment to equip others with the strength and skills to overcome their challenges.

Over the years, I have had the privilege of guiding countless clients through transformative growth and personal breakthroughs. My approach is rooted in faith in Jesus Christ, empathy, authenticity, and a steadfast commitment to your success.

Outside of my professional life, I enjoy playing with my grandchildren, developing my personal relationship with Jesus and others which continually inspire and enrich my teaching methods.
